We want you to love your Tatcha skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and purchased directly from our official website to be eligible for a refund.

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your skincare products in their original box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
