When will my Tatcha order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your ritual. If you are not satisfied, we offer free returns on all domestic orders within 90 days of purchase, even if the product has been opened.
Are Tatcha products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our formulas are dermatologist-tested and designed with non-irritating ingredients like Hadasei-3. We recommend checking individual product pages for specific skin type suitability.
Do you offer international shipping?

Tatcha is proudly PETA-certified cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
